Forestry Felling Tools

Tree felling equipment is crucial when carrying out the cutting down of trees. The size of the tree determines which feeling tools are required to use. For the smallest trees, you generally do not need felling tools as hand force is enough to topple the tree over. For small to medium trees, a Felling Lever is best used. Simply insert the breaking bar before completing the felling cut. To maximise the lifting force, insert the felling lever in the middle of the felling cut at the very back. 
Felling Wedges are best used for medium to large trees. They are inserted before the feeling cut is complete, and are knocked in with an axe or impact bar.
