Robert Kee Power Equipment is not responsible for such changes, nor shall we be held responsible for any errors resulting from incorrect product specifications. You should confirm that the product you are ordering has the specifications required. We cannot issue refunds or compensations for purchases made in error or because a product does not provide features/specifications in which you require. All images and videos are for illustration purposes only and may not be the exact product received. Please check the full product details for packaging and description.
On our website, you may place an order to purchase a product advertised for sale by following the on-screen prompts after clicking on the item you wish to purchase. Please ensure all your input information is correct before submitting an order. Once an order has been submitted you confirm that any and all information you supply to us is accurate and correct and you have read, understand and accept all our terms and conditions as outlined in this document. Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details. Robert Kee reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.
The order acknowledgement email we send upon receipt of your order is not a guarantee of the supply of any goods at any price. It is a confirmation that your order has been received.
The delivery cost for your purchase is displayed when you select the delivery method at the checkout. We offer nationwide delivery and in-store collection for the majority of our items. Pre-delivery inspection or PDI is the term given by manufacturers for the process performed by their dealers to ensure that a product is delivered in full and correct working order. Items (when applicable) go through a Pre Delivery Inspection by one of our trained mechanics before despatch. Items are drained of fuel and oil after inspection and before despatch. Please ensure that you fill the machine with the appropriate fuels and oils to the manufacturer's specifications before starting the machine.
All delivery times on this website are estimates, are subject to stock availability and do not take into account any possible delays. Please note that “Working Days” applies through Monday-Friday as our couriers do not deliver on the weekends. Robert Kee Power Equipment cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by “late” delivery of goods. The delivery cut-off time for this website is between 1.00pm to 3:30 pm depending on the brand and type of goods being supplied. Any goods placed after these times may need an additional 24 hours to the delivery time. For orders in Band 1 (0-29kg), an email is sent out with the tracking information of your order. For orders in Band 2 & 3, we are in direct contact with the courier and can arrange an update on your order between working hours if your order has taken longer to arrive than previously stated on the order after despatch.
Supply Of Goods
Where more than one product has been ordered but not all are available for immediate despatch, we may delay supply the available stock right away and the remainder once it is available. We may also hold the order until all the items are available and ready to be supplied. We will notify and update the customer as soon as possible during these circumstances.
Non-Supply Of Goods
If Robert Kee has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible to either offer an alternative item (to the same value) or we will credit your card for the cost of the unavailable goods. Robert Kee will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Receipt Of Goods
It is up to the buyer to ensure that the person who signs for the goods is entitled so to do. We cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred once delivery to the address you have specified has been made. Goods must be inspected before being signed for to ensure they are the correct goods and are free from damage. Robert Kee reserves the right to deliver certain orders to the Billing Address only. Customers will be notified by email if this is the case.
Return Of Goods
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the item, we are happy to offer you a refund within 14 days of receipt of your item. The product must be in new, unused condition with all the original packaging. In this case, the buyer must cover the return postage costs.
If your machine is faulty or damaged please inform us of the issue(s) as soon as possible (ideally attaching a photo or video of the issue when possible). Please note, Robert Kee is not liable for the organisation of returning goods which includes packaging.
Our mechanics will access the problem and agree to an appropriate method of action to be taken. If your machine is covered under warranty terms and conditions it will be accessed, repaired and returned to the customer as soon as possible. If the fault is not covered under the warranty terms and conditions you can return it to us for assessment and repair if you so wish at the cost of the buyer. This work will be carried out at a competitive rate.

All parts must always be installed by a person qualified to fit them, any attempt to fit parts where this is not the case may void the warranty of the product.
Damages During Shipment
In the unlikely event that your order is received damaged or you are missing an item(s), this must be reported in writing to email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt of goods in order for us to submit a return claim.
Incorrect Item Received
In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect order, Robert Kee will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement, Robert Kee will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned item, refund the customer for the cost of their second order and for their return postage.
We reserve the right to change the prices of products without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors made. Where such an error occurs, Robert Kee will not be liable to supply the goods at the incorrect price.
All special offer prices are limited in supply and we reserve the right to withdraw these at any time. We cannot be held responsible if a special offer or any products if not available for supply after an order has been placed.
