Husqvarna S2800 Splitting Axe

A more powerful Splitting Axe made for splitting larger logs. The axe head has a non-stick coating which gives less friction and easy entry into the wood and the head geometry is adapted to the splitting application of large logs. Handle protection and long life due to the stainless steel shaft protection. Balance point close to the axe head gives a perfect balance and weight distribution. The combination of the optimized axe head and the light shaft concentrates the power into the cut which gives an easier split of the logs. Fibre-reinforced PA shaft makes the axe durable and robust. Hammer function for easy and effective use of splitting wedges (no steel wedges).

The extra wide and durable milled backside of the axe head can be used for hammering a wedge. 
Note! Don’t hit on wedge made of hardened steel.

Impact protection in stainless steel protects this critical part of the handle.

BAND 1 Purchases of items between 0 – 29kg will incur a delivery charge €5.00 within Mainland Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

BAND 2 Purchases of items between 30 – 49kg will incur a delivery charge of €54.95 within Mainland Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Certain products such as walk behind lawnmowers & ladders are too heavy/large to dispatch with the standard courier service and will require using a freight company. Due to the additional costs to us we are unable to offer free delivery on these products and will incur an additional delivery charge of €54.95. You must be on site to receive and sign for these deliveries.

BAND 3 Purchase of items between 50 – 200kg. Certain products such as ride on mowers, power washers and generators are too large/heavy to dispatch with courier service and will require using a freight company. Due to the additional costs to us we are unable to offer free delivery on these products and will incur an additional delivery charge of €129.95
