FREE DELIVERY PROMOTION:    Orders over €99 will receive Free Delivery within Ireland (excluding Islands). This Free Delivery Promotion only applies to orders under 30kg in weight and under 6ft long. Products over this weight or orders with combined weight will be charged at the appropriate rate.

BAND 1 Purchases of items between 0 – 29kg and under €99 will incur a delivery charge €5.00 within Mainland Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. These deliveries are carried out by AnPost and DPD delivery service and are delivered within 1-3 Working Days.

BAND 2 Purchases of items between 30 – 49kg/Over 6.5FT Long will incur a delivery charge of €54.95 within Mainland Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Certain products such as walk-behind lawnmowers & ladders are too heavy/large to dispatch with courier service and will require using a freight company. Due to the additional costs to us, we are unable to offer free delivery on these products and will incur an additional delivery charge of €54.95. These items will be delivered via Duffy's Express Freight and are delivered within 1-3 Working Days.

BAND 3 Purchase of items between 50 – 200kg. Certain products such as a ride on mowers, power washers & generators are too large/heavy to dispatch with courier service and will require using a freight company. Due to the additional costs to us, we are unable to offer free delivery on these products and will incur an additional delivery charge of €129.95. These items will be delivered via Duffy's Express Freight and are delivered within 1-3 Working Days.

You must be on site to receive and sign for these deliveries.

FREE INSTORE PICKUP:   Goods can be collected from our showrooms in either Laghey or Letterkenny.  

PERSONAL DELIVERY:  Large items such as Quads (ATV's) and Ride-on Lawnmowers will be delivered by our staff van driver within Donegal and the surrounding counties - Sligo, Leitrim, Fermanagh, Tyrone, Derry.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Subject to stock availability, we will endeavor to dispatch all orders received before 12 noon on the same day, Monday to Friday. All orders received after 12 noon will be dispatched on the next working day subject to stock availability.  You will receive an e-mail informing you that your order has been dispatched and detailing your tracking number which you can then check the progress of your delivery online.

Our deliveries are dispatched on the next working day basis using a courier company.

FAQ'S ON DELIVERY

Where will the goods be Dispatched from?

We dispatch most of our goods from our showroom in Laghey Co. Donegal, however on occasion, if we are out of stock of a product we may get it shipped directly from our supplier. 

How do you Deliver my Goods?
We will dispatch your goods via AnPost Express & DPD Couriers (Band 1) & Duffys Express Freight (Band 2 & 3), who will deliver the goods direct to your door. If you are not available to take delivery please ensure an authorised person is available to do so.

Pre-Delivery Inspection
Pre-delivery inspection or PDI is the term given by manufacturers for the process performed by their dealers to ensure that a product is delivered in full and correct working order. Items (when applicable) go through a Pre Delivery Inspection by one of our trained mechanics before despatch. Items are drained of fuel and oil after inspection and before despatch. 

How long will my delivery take?
We aim to process all orders and have them dispatched within 1-2 working days, if we are out of stock of a product it may take longer however we will always contact you and let you know when you will expect delivery of your order. 

How can I track my parcel?
When your order is dispatched from our premises we will send you an e-mail confirmation which will have the tracking information on it.  For larger items on pallets, the freight company will contact you directly to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.

Can I collect my order Instore?
Yes.  Please select Pick up Instore as a delivery method and choose which store you wish to collect your order and we will have it ready for you to uplift.  We will contact you when your order is ready for uplift.

Returns Policy

Prior to dispatch
You can cancel your order at anytime prior to dispatch and we will refund your payment on the same day.  If however the item has been dispatched we would ask you to return the item to us and on receipt, we will refund your money less delivery costs.

Damaged in Transit
If your goods are damaged on delivery you have the right to refuse delivery, please inform us of this immediately and we will dispatch another product for you. If they are damaged once opened please inform us of this and repackage the goods which will be uplifted.  A replacement product will be dispatched.

Lost/Missing Deliveries
In the unlikely event that your parcel has not been delivered and cannot be traced, we will either refund your money or dispatch a replacement.  If you later receive the original package it must be returned to us or you will be charged for both items.

Not Satisfied with your item
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason - change of mind, wrong size, wrong item ordered, you can return your order within 14 days of purchase.  Please ensure that it is returned to us in an unused condition in the original packaging and with your receipt.  In this instance, we would ask you to cover the postage charges involved in returning the item to us.Once received you will be issued a refund.

Faulty Goods
If after some time your machine is faulty please contact us immediately and we will assess the problem. In the event of a warranty claim, the customer will be responsible for transporting and covering any delivery charges for the item/s to be returned to our store regardless of the warranty outcome. If the product is covered under manufacturers warranty we will cover all delivery and repair costs.  If the problem is not covered under warranty, the repairs and delivery charges will need to be paid by the customer. We recommend using a registered postal service and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery.
