Stihl RMI 422.2 P iMow Robotic Mower

The STIHL RMI 422.2 P iMow robotic mower provides the necessary performance reserves to care for medium-sized lawns. Its powerful lithium-ion battery drives the blade in the mulching mowing deck so efficiently that you can mow an area of up to 1,500 m² in just a few charging cycles with this iMow robotic mower. The automatic lawn mower processes the area using an especially efficient algorithm. The multi-setting cutting height adjustment lets you define the correct grass height with ease. During mulching, the grass length is only ever shortened by a few millimetres, which allows the lawn to grow gently and be constantly supplied with nutrients. Even on hilly terrain with a gradient of up to 40%, the cutting quality remains constant thanks to the adaptive slope speed function.
A movable hood with sensors provides protection. It flexes in the event of contact with foreign objects, and its sensors transmit a signal to change direction when contact is made with an obstacle. The compact machine can be set up in just a few steps via a display and provides easy access to all performance data and the dynamic mowing plan thanks to its intuitive user interface. An installation kit is required for installation.

Bright LCD Display
The control panel is integrated into the housing of the STIHL iMow robotic mower and features a large LCD display. It provides a particularly intuitive way of recording all settings as well as a way of viewing all functions and performance data of the automatic lawn mower. The high-contrast, bright display is easy to read even in sunlight.

All-Round Protection
The STIHL iMow robotic mower is equipped with various sensors. As soon as someone attempts to pick it up while mowing, it stops. In addition, the automatic lawn mower can be protected with a PIN code. If it is configured so that it can only be operated by entering a PIN, it is protected from unauthorised use.

Mulching Mowing Deck
The sturdy mulching blade of the STIHL iMow robotic mower ensures a precise cutting pattern even with higher grass growth. Its rotational direction changes automatically every time the blade stops. This means that the blades of the automatic lawn mower wear evenly.

iMow Robotic Mower Drive
The STIHL iMow robotic mowers feature a drive that enables them to mow hilly terrain with consistently high quality. The RMI 422 can handle gradients of up to 35%, while the other automatic lawn mowers from the RMI 4 series can cope with a gradient of up to 40%.

Dynamic Mowing Plan
Using the interactive mowing plan of the STIHL iMow robotic mower, individual time windows during which the machine can be in operation can be defined for each day. Within these active times, the automatic lawn mower automatically determines the best times to mow for an optimum result.
