Most Fungoo's will arrive at your door within 7 - 10 working days. Sometimes it is quicker than this.
You will receive your Fungoo unassembled on a pallet. A freight company will deliver the pallet to you. It will not be your standard Irish courier such as An Post, DPD or Fastway. Check out the video below to get an idea of how a climbing frame will be delivered to you. Please note, due to the nature of this product, once ordered, this order cannot be cancelled or returned.
Assembling a Fungoo is a 2 person job. While the Fungoo assembly instructions are very clear, we recommend that it be assembled by someone comfortable with DIY projects. For a better understanding of the assembly process, please watch the video below.
Important: Please be aware that some holes may need to be drilled into the wood prior to inserting the screws. There is no pre drilled holes because the boards can change size over time, and pre-drilled holes may not align correctly then during assembly. Failure to drill these holes before securing the screws can result in the boards cracking, which is not covered under the warranty.
When maintained correctly, a Fungoo can last a very long time. With all wooden climbing frames, they need to be ocasionally painted to ensure they last. Plan your first timber paint before the first winter after assembly. Use only child-safe varnish; consult a professional at your local hardware store to choose the correct varnish. You can use transparent or colored varnish. To match the original color, bring a piece of timber to the store for comparison. As to the painting process please follow the information placed on the pack.

BAND 1 Purchases of items between 0 – 29kg will incur a delivery charge €5.00 within Mainland Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
BAND 2 Purchases of items between 30 – 49kg will incur a delivery charge of €54.95 within Mainland Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Certain products such as walk behind lawnmowers & ladders are too heavy/large to dispatch with the standard courier service and will require using a freight company. Due to the additional costs to us we are unable to offer free delivery on these products and will incur an additional delivery charge of €54.95. You must be on site to receive and sign for these deliveries.
BAND 3 Purchase of items between 50 – 200kg. Certain products such as ride on mowers, power washers and generators are too large/heavy to dispatch with courier service and will require using a freight company. Due to the additional costs to us we are unable to offer free delivery on these products and will incur an additional delivery charge of €129.95
