The light weight KM 94 RC-E is packed full of features to help with those everyday tasks around the house and garden. Designed for both keen gardeners and professionals alike, the versatile KombiEngine will comfortably power all the KombiTools within the STIHL range. Technological features include; STIHL ErgoStart for smooth, hassle free starting, the economical STIHL 2-MIX engine and STIHL ECOSPEED for simple adjustment of the engine speed via the control handle.

Loop Handle
The loop handle is ideal for working in areas where space is limited such as between bushes and shrubs.

STIHL Ergostart
STIHL Ergostart cuts the effort required for starting by half.  Just two fingers and a gentle pull and the machine is going.

Reduced Emission engine technology
2-stroke engine with stratified charge.  A fuel-free layer is created between the burned charge in the combustion and the fresh charge in the crankcase, reducing the amount of fuel lost during the charge cycle.  This results in more power with a lower weight, up to 20% lower fuel consumption than regular 2-stroke enginesand significantly reduced exhaust emissions.

Simplified Starting System
Simply set the choke, pump the fuel primer, pull the starter cord and away you go!

Electronic Ignition Module
This ensures reliable starting and trouble-free running. The ignition system is fully encapsulated and thus protected from damp and dirt.

Manual Fuel Pump
If your gasoline-powered engine device has a manual fuel pump, you can reduce the number of starting strokes by about 40% by repeatedly pressing the pump. By starting in this way, there is enough fuel available faster. 

Anti-vibration System
Intense vibration at the handles of power tools can lead to long-term effects on blood vessels in the hands and arms. STIHL has therefore developed an effective anti-vibration system whereby the oscillations from the machine's engine are dampened which significantly reduces vibrations at the handles.

Quick-release coupling
The quick-release coupling allows the Kombi-System to be quickly dismantled into two parts for easy transport and storage - and then re-assembled quickly without tools.
